Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using the transportation services provided by OnSite Transportation Services LLC.
Effective Date: April 27, 2026Services
OnSite Transportation Services LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation services, including ambulatory transportation, wheelchair transportation, gurney transportation, recurring rides, and discharge transportation.
Booking Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking a ride, including pickup and drop-off details, contact information, mobility needs, appointment times, and any special service requirements.
Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Payment may be required before the ride is confirmed or completed, depending on the booking process and service type.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride time may receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled ride time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Service Limitations
OnSite Transportation Services LLC provides non-emergency transportation only. We do not provide emergency transportation, medical treatment, medical advice, or clinical care.
Liability
OnSite Transportation Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, facility delays, incorrect information provided by the client, or other external factors outside of our control.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate situations involving clients, passengers, caregivers, or any other party.
